Café Attendant Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming café experience
- Prepare and serve complimentary beverages, light refreshments, food, and meals
- Keep the café, waiting area, and service lounge clean and organized
- Stock coffee, snacks, cups, and supplies as needed
- Monitor cleanliness of tables, counters, and appliances
- Assist customers with questions or direct them to the appropriate department
- Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards

Qualifications
Café Attendant Qualifications
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and work independently
- Attention to cleanliness and detail
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Previous hospitality, café, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
