We are seeking a Cadence/Prelude Financial Assistance Analyst to support healthcare IT initiatives involving Epic patient access and financial assistance workflows. This analyst must hold current Epic certifications in Authorization/Certification and Cadence/Prelude and be able to apply functional knowledge of these applications in a healthcare environment.
- Support Epic workflows related to Cadence, Prelude, Authorization/Certification, and Financial Assistance.
- Analyze operational needs and assist with the development of effective Epic solutions.
- Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements.
- Support system analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Assist with maintaining accurate workflow and system documentation.
- Communicate clearly with project stakeholders regarding requirements, issues, and system needs.
Requirements
- Current Epic Authorization/Certification certification.
- Current Epic Cadence/Prelude certification.
- Experience working with Epic patient access and related financial assistance workflows.
- Ability to analyze operational requirements and support Epic application needs.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
