Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Drafter with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Windchill, and CREO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, revising, and managing detailed technical drawings and 3D models to support design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using AutoCAD and CREO.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to interpret design concepts and specifications.
  • Manage and control CAD data using PTC Windchill PLM system.
  • Ensure drawings and documentation are compliant with GD&T, company, and industry standards.
  • Support design changes, ECNs (Engineering Change Notices), and release processes.
  • Generate Bill of Materials (BOMs), layouts, assemblies, and exploded views.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all design revisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in CAD drafting/design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, CREO (preferably Creo Parametric), and Windchill PLM.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, GD&T, and drafting standards.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) systems beyond Windchill.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM).
  • Exposure to teamcenter or other PDM tools is a plus.

Skills Required
