Responsibilities:

Employ Civil 3D, Deed Reader Pro, and other software to draw surveys, plats, topographic maps, and worksheets; and create surfaces and points.

Utilize GIS for property research.

Ability to research rights-of-way, easements, and deeds from the Register of Deeds and other sources.

Draw As-builts and be able to compare to the plans.

Determine buffers and setbacks.

Create paperspace layouts as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years Survey Drafting experience is required, or a combination of experience and education such as an Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Understanding and application of CAD standards

Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with surveying terminology

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate and work on a team
