SAIC is seeking an Associate level CAD/3D Modeler to join and support our dynamic team in Panama City Beach, Florida.

As part of the Ready Relevant Team, you will:
- Utilize your skill and creativity to develop graphics for Navy Technical Manuals, presentation materials along with training and maintenance videos for various Navy platforms.
- Work with Technical Writers and Videographers developing drawings, models, animations to be used in presentation, training and maintenance videos.
- Collaborate with other modelers to develop innovative graphics and animations.
- Support engineers with accurate assemblies, exploded views and client ready visual documentation.
- Track and maintain task progress using tools such as JIRA.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s Degree and 1 year of work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 0 years of work experience.
- Ability to understand and work with tools such as CAD, modeling and animation software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.)
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as JIRA to track and maintain progress and task status.
- Experience with CAD, modeling and animation software (e.g., SolidWorks and Composer, Fusion 360, AutoCAD.)
- Experience working with videographers and tech writers to be able to interpret what graphics and animations are needed for their work.
- Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Interim Secret required to start.
- SAIC will sponsor qualified candidates for security clearance.
