Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill a need for a Cabinet Sales Support Representative. This role is a part of our Kitchen Art Cabinetry division and will serve as support for our production builder accounts, which consists of multi-year communities. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a Saturday per month.

Responsibilities:
  • Load start packages and invoices into NetSuite.
  • Create lot specific drawings in 20/20 for production jobs.
  • Load cabinet and hardware orders into NetSuite.
  • Revise drawings and orders once field dimension is performed.
  • Submit cabinet and hardware orders.
  • Review acknowledgments from factory.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the cabinet industry preferred.
  • Proficient use of 20/20 Design or similar CAD program for kitchen and bath.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating system.
  • Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.
  • Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
