Role Summary:
This position supports the daily operations of our security and event staffing company in San Jose. You will manage company uniforms and equipment, maintain organized storage and inventory, prepare materials for upcoming assignments, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination. This role helps ensure our teams are properly equipped, inventory is tracked, and operations run efficiently across all Bay Area assignments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage storage units and maintain full oversight of company uniforms and equipment

  • Prepare and pack uniform and equipment bins for upcoming assignments

  • Track uniform and equipment check-out and return after each event

  • Coordinate uniform cleaning, repairs, and restocking as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate storage and inventory system

  • Assist with scheduling support and onboarding coordination

  • Support recruiting coordination with hiring team as needed

  • Attend select assignments to assist with clock-ins, uniform distribution, and logistics

  • Help prevent loss of high-value uniforms and equipment through accurate tracking and organization

  • Serve as the local operations support contact for the San Jose area

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of administrative, operations, logistics, or inventory experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to track and manage inventory accurately
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic computer systems
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally when needed
  • Ability to lift and move storage bins or boxes when required
  • Strong communication and follow through
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized with minimal supervision
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Selected candidate must consent to and provide a current Vehicle Record (MVR) as part of the hiring process
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport inventory containers and storage bins weighing up to 50 pounds

Preferred: 

  • Experience supporting security, staffing, logistics, or field operations teams
  • Inventory or supply management experience
  • Scheduling or coordination experience
  • Fast paced or event environment experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Dependable and consistent with follow through
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally when needed
  • Able to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedule
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Able to manage inventory, supplies, and operational tasks with minimal oversight
  • Administrative, operations, or logistics experience preferred
  • Experience supporting fast paced teams or field operations is a plus
