Conduct strategic all-source intelligence analysis focused on C4I and foreign order-of-battle capabilities. Use MIDB or MARS, apply DoD and Intelligence Community knowledge, and produce complex written products and briefings for tactical through strategic clients. Support identification, location, and tracking of foreign mobile signal, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units. INDOPACOM, telecommunications infrastructure, OSINT, GEOINT, and specialized intelligence experience are preferred.

Required Qualifications
- Experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analysis
- Experience with all-source intelligence analysis or U.S. government all-source analytic production
- Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
- Knowledge of the DoD and wider IC
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads.

- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
- Experience as a C4I all-source intelligence analyst
- Experience as telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analyst
- Experience providing support for identifying, locating, and tracking deployment of foreign mobile signal, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support joint or national C4I functions.
- Experience with OSINT, GEOINT, or other specialized training.
- Bachelor's degree in international Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred; Master's degree in international Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field.
Skills Required

- C4I all-source intelligence analyst experience
- Telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analyst experience
