The Role
Description

As a C# Tech Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using C#. You will play a critical role in setting technical direction, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust, scalable solutions. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.


Responsibilities    

  • Lead and mentor a team of C# developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Design, develop, and maintain C# applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process where applicable.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and practices.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing and debugging of applications to deliver reliable and bug-free software.
  • Monitor application performance and implement optimizations as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with k8 environment.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in C# development and software engineering within Gaming.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in database design and SQL.
  • Experience working with Kafka.
  • Experience working with distributed cache systems.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
