About the role:
As a C&A Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for end to end strategic sourcing management across different product lines in Product Sourcing Organization (PSO). You will support cross functional projects, develop and execute long-term C&A Sourcing strategies, build a robust & best cost supplier base, drive cost excellence, and ensure reliable and agile supply to different BAs. What you’ll do:
In detail, you will:
- Strategic Sourcing Roadmap
Develop and implement Sourcing Strategy based on generation plan from business areas, to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability targets.
- Lead end to end sourcing processes: supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, bidding, negotiation, and contracting.
- Drive localization, dual sourcing, and supply base optimization to improve competitiveness and reduce potential risk.
- Supplier Management & Performance Review
- Manage a portfolio of key suppliers; conduct regular performance reviews (PCI, MAVC, SCR, DOTC, etc) and performance improvement plans.
- Establish long term strategic partnerships and drive innovation from suppliers.
- Cost Reduction & Value Improvement
- Set annual cost reduction targets for C&A categories,
- Establish cost model of key products as the benchmark of cost;
- Drive cost reduction through negotiation, CEP, global RFQ, and logistics integration.
- Monitor market trends, raw material prices, geopolitics changes, and industry dynamics to support pricing decisions.
- Cross functional Collaboration & Project Execution
- Work closely with BA Product Line, R&D, Quality, Compliance, Logistics, After sales, and Legal teams.
- Support new product development (NPD), including early sourcing involvement, BOM/specification review, prototyping support and tooling cost evaluation and order placement.
- Lead cross regional projects such as global packaging standardization, supply chain resilience and sustainability initiatives.
- Compliance, Risk & Sustainability
- Ensure C&A products compliance with local compulsory regulations, and sustainability requirements
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including capacity, lead time, MOQ, quality, and cost volatility.
- Ensure full compliance with Electrolux procurement policies, code of conduct, anti corruption etc.
Who you are / Your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Procurement, Mechanical Engineering, Cost Analysis, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of professional experience in C&A sourcing, indirect procurement, or components purchasing within consumer goods, home appliances, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost reduction.
- Familiarity with Consumables & Accessories (Cookware, Chemicals, Filter, Glassware, Plastic, Metal, etc)
- Experience working in MNC or global supply chain environment is a plus.
- Strong project management, negotiation, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English as working lauguage.
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis), system knowledge of SAP/REX will be a plus.
- Result-oriented, strong execution, logical thinking, cross-functional communication and project management skills.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement, Mechanical Engineering, Cost Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in consumables and accessories sourcing, indirect procurement, or components purchasing
- Experience in consumer goods, home appliances, electronics, or manufacturing
