Job Description:
Role Summary
You will build, fix, and connect the software that runs our company. Your job is to replace manual work—whether it's on paper, Excel sheets, or old software—with efficient .NET applications. You will work with everyone from machine operators to office staff to make their daily tasks faster and digital.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build Custom Tools: Develop C# applications to automate manual data entry and replace paper forms across all departments.
- Modernize Legacy Code: Update or replace old internal software with modern .NET 8+ versions.
- Connect Systems: Build APIs and integrations so our shop floor data, ERP, and office tools talk to each other automatically.
- Database Management: Design and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure data is accurate and accessible.
- Support & Fix: Troubleshoot issues in existing internal tools and provide quick fixes to keep production moving.
Technical Requirements
- C# / .NET: 1–4 years of professional experience with ASP.NET Core.
- Databases: Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
- Frontend: Experience building functional interfaces using Razor view, React, or Angular.
- Integration: Experience working with APIs and JSON data.
- Version Control: Daily use of Git (GitHub / GitLab).
Candidate Profile
- You prefer writing code that solves problems over theoretical architecture.
- You are comfortable walking onto the shop floor to see how your software is actually being used.
- You can take a "unoptimized process" and turn it into a logical, digital workflow.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
