We are looking for a C# Software Engineer to strengthen our developers team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement software used in the manufacturing process of networking devices.
- Solve complex technical challenges.
- Analyse and create new technological solutions.
- Work with hardware equipment and systems.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Provide technical support to colleagues and prepare technical documentation.
What we expect of you:
- Experience in using C# (.NET), SQL, Shell/Bash (Linux) languages, and working with GIT tools.
- Basic understanding of embedded systems, electronics and computer networks.
- Ability to solve software and hardware issues and work effectively in a team.
- Motivation to learn new technologies and adapt to a wide range of products.
- Higher education (bachelor's degree) or equivalent technical education.
- English language skills.
- Experience with manufacturing (calibration/testing) equipment would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in developing software for device control would be considered an advantage.
- Experience with UART, SPI, I2C, USB, WiFi, and Bluetooth technologies would be considered an advantage.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~1670 Eur— 2672 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
