The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly customer-facing group that provides post-delivery technical support to CAE’s customers on performance systems, thus contributing to the company’s goal of being the Flight Training and Simulation Partner of Choice.
Are you ready to:
Investigate, isolate, and resolve flight simulators deficiencies.
Interact with customers around the world.
Implement engineering software changes.
Set up and coordinate efforts to address issues using remote support.
Our ideal candidate has:
Knowledge of C, C++, or other similar programming languages.
Knowledge of flight dynamics, aerodynamics, or flight controls, an asset.
Ability to troubleshoot problems
Resourcefulness, initiative, good interpersonal skills
Willingness to occasionally work irregular hours.
Knowledge of the civil aviation simulation environment, an asset.
Preferred Education:
Pursuing an undergraduate/master’s degree in mechanical, aeronautical, or electrical engineering.
Location of the internship is Montreal/St-Laurent.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
