Job Responsibilities:
Payroll & Benefits Operations (70%)
End-to-End Payroll Processing: Partner with HR service vendor to execute monthly end-to-end payroll calculation and payoff for office and retail store employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness. Scope includes basic salary, overtime fees, allowances, sales incentives, and statutory deductions.
Employee Benefits Management: Responsible for all employee benefit programs (medical insurance, pensions, health allowances, etc.), handling employee enrollments, updates, and terminations.
Contact Person for Employee Inquiries: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, payslips, taxes, benefits eligibility, and claims procedures, providing clear, empathetic, and timely solutions.
Data Maintenance & Auditing: Maintain employee data within the HRIS and payroll systems to ensure data integrity for payroll operations.
Statutory Declaration: Collaborate with HR service vendor to prepare and submit statutory reports and complete payments to tax authorities and social insurance/housing fund bureaus.
Internal & External Reporting: Regularly prepare, analyze, and submit internal and external HR/payroll reports; strictly audit metrics to achieve zero errors and support management decision-making.
Vendor Management: Manage day-to-day operations with payroll service vendor, benefits brokers, and insurance vendors to resolve operational issues.
Process Optimization & Knowledge Base Establishment: Contribute to C&B operational workflows optimization and employee-facing knowledge base articles.
Employee Lifecycle Management (30%)
Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee transactional execution across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, internal transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding.
Employee Relations Assistance: Assist line manager in addressing C&B-related employee requests to support a positive work environment.

Policy Communication: Help communicate C&B policies and updates to employees, ensuring information is clear and accessible.

Annual Project Support: Support annual performance appraisals and benefits renewal through accurate data preparation and employee communication.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Work Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and benefits administration. Experience in large retail enterprises is preferred.
Professional Knowledge: Solid knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory social security/benefits compliance requirements.
Domain Expertise: Familiarity with common employee benefit schemes and commercial insurance plans.
Skills Required
