Primary PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) to lead architecture, solution design, delivery governance, and modernization initiatives for a large-scale enterprise eCommerce platform.
This role requires a hands-on architect with deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud, Java ecosystems, enterprise integrations, cloud-native architectures, and solution delivery leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution Design- Serve as the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) technical authority across B2B and B2C commerce implementations.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture, integration architecture, deployment architecture, and non-functional requirements.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing commerce solutions leveraging SAP Commerce Cloud and enterprise integration patterns.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, design validation, and solution governance activities.
- Drive modernization initiatives including Commerce upgrades, cloud adoption, API-first architecture, and frontend evolution.
- Lead technical delivery teams through the complete SDLC lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development Teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and development guidance.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, release governance, and CI/CD processes.
