- Pozyskiwanie towarów, materiałów i usług zgodnie z polityką i procedurami korporacyjnymi AAM
- Zapewnienie, że dostawcy spełniają cele dotyczące kosztów i harmonogramu w całym procesie zaopatrzenia
- Sprawdzanie, przetwarzanie i aktualizacja przychodzących wniosków/zamówień
- Koordynacja działań z dostawcami i partnerami biznesowymi
- Wspieranie wyceny i oceny ofert dla pozycji powyżej progu ofertowego, nieobjętych umową ani procesem zarządzania kategoriami
- Samodzielne prowadzenie zakupów administracyjnych oraz wsparcie zespołu przy zakupach technicznych i strategicznych
- Rutynowe monitorowanie zgodności, monitorowanie cen, dostaw i innych wskaźników KPI określonych w umowach
- Nadzorowanie zgodności z polityką i procedurami korporacyjnymi
- Realizacja działań związanych z zarządzaniem cyklem życia umów i zamówień
- Wspieranie inicjatyw związanych z zaopatrzeniem w regionie europejskim lub globalnym, zgodnie z wymaganiami
- Wszystkie inne obowiązki związane z zaopatrzeniem zgodnie z przydzielonymi zadaniami

Main responsibilities:
- Procuring goods, materials and services in accordance with AAM corporate policies and procedures
- Ensuring that suppliers meet cost and schedule targets throughout the procurement process
- Verifying, processing and updating incoming requests/orders
- Coordinating activities with suppliers and business partners
- Supporting the pricing and evaluation of bids for items above the bid threshold that are not covered by a contract or category management process
- Independently conducting administrative purchases and supporting the team with technical and strategic purchases
- Routinely monitoring compliance, prices, deliveries and other KPIs specified in contracts.
- Overseeing compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Performing activities related to contract and order lifecycle management
- Supporting procurement initiatives in the European or global region, as required
- All other procurement duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education
Wymagania
- Wykształcenie wyższe w dziedzinie ekonomii, logistyki lub pokrewne
- Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
- Doświadczenie w branży motoryzacyjnej lub przemysłowej
- Mile widziane: umiejętność czytania planów (doświadczenie techniczne), znajomość programu AutoCAD
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
- Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z Oracle lub podobnym oprogramowaniem.
- Biegła znajomość pakietu Office
- Gotowość do podróży służbowych

Requirements
- Higher education in economics, logistics or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in the automotive or industrial sector
- Desirable: ability to read plans (technical experience), knowledge of AutoCAD
- Very good command of English
- Experience in working with Oracle or similar software is desirable
- Fluency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel on business
