Your Superpowers in Action
• Develop and implement procurement plans ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, prices, and quality standards.
• Analyze market trends, conduct supplier evaluations, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Represent the procurement department in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage the supplier quality management system, ensuring the SAP quality management system remains up-to-date for ISO13485 & ISO9001.
Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Analytical thinking skills and proficiency in working with data.
• Affinity with technology and willingness to learn new systems.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience in a commercial or negotiation role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and procurement principles.
Our Offer
• An excellent salary starting at €3,850 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week (depending on knowledge and experience).
• A 4% bonus.
• 27 vacation days (based on a 40-hour work week).
• 7 ADV days (based on a 40-hour work week) which you can take or partially pay out.
