Buyer - Indirect Services

As a Buyer in our Corporate Indirect Procurement team, you'll play a key role in how we source professional and operational services—ensuring value, compliance, and strategic alignment across our business. This is a 4 day on-site role at our London Hub location, ideal for someone with a strong background in professional services and proven experience in the procurement of services such as Consultancy, HR, Legal, IP and Marketing.

As a Buyer, you will help drive our goals by:

• Lead sourcing and contract management for a wide range of indirect service categories, not goods or supply chain.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver value through smart procurement strategies.

• Build and manage supplier relationships, driving performance, compliance, and risk mitigation.

• Negotiate contracts with a focus on commercial value and long-term partnership.

• Analyze spend, trends, and data to support cost-saving initiatives and strategic planning.

• Use Coupa and other procurement tools to manage sourcing workflows and ensure process efficiency.

• Support continuous improvement in procurement practices aligned with global category strategies.

• Minimum 3 years of strong, hands-on experience in Indirect services procurement, preferably professional services; HR,  legal, IP, and marketing. 

• Experience working in a complex global corporate environment.

• Strong negotiation and commercial skills with proven success managing supplier contracts, rebates, rate cards, discounts.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across functions and seniority levels.

• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decisions and improvements.
