Reporting Manager: HO General Procurement
Job Responsibilities:

Manage Procurement activities of one or several services, packages/suppliers, secure the contractual framework of suppliers with the Company and provide the best purchasing conditions for the Company.

Contribute to the sourcing activity, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance with in Company requirements (Internal - External).

Monitor the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to achieve throughout the contract life cycle a complete application of terms and conditions to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost...).

Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks.

Contribute to the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.

Skills :
-
6 to 8+ years of working experience in Procurement / Sourcing.

Engineering graduate with MBA Business School (preferable)

Teamwork & Transparency

Strong Adherence to Ethics & Compliance

Highly effective communication & relationship building skills

Customer focused and solution oriented, while putting Airbus Group overall interest first
