Role

Buyer will assist the Account Sourcing Manager/s in supporting the sourcing strategy delivery for client/s within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic execution of sourcing strategies under guidance from the Account Sourcing Manager
• Support the development of initiatives relating to compliance, savings, consolidation, sustainability and innovation
• Help maintain JLL sourcing and contracting standards
• Assist in managing supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
• Support RfX processes and evaluations under supervision
• Learn to undertake e-auctions/electronic RFPs through Bravo (Jaggaer) system with training and guidance
• Support risk management activities by identifying potential business risks
• Provide basic purchasing support to Operational and Finance teams
• Assist with JLL regional sourcing programs as requested by Management
• Support the administration of the Strategic Sourcing Audit program
• Help with KPI monitoring through JLL systems regionally
• Assist with savings delivery tracking and basic reporting
• Handle additional purchasing projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Some experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or related field (Graduate level or entry-level candidates welcome)
• Fluent in English and French or German - Mandatory requirement
• Basic understanding of procurement processes
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Good numerical skills and commercial awareness
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Reliable follow-through on tasks with appropriate supervision
• Customer service orientation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Eagerness to learn and develop procurement expertise
