Our leisure team offers you a chance to play a key role in creating those memorable experiences for our guests. We’re all about huge Splash Water Worlds, unlimited fairground rides, and nonstop action. From Butlin’s SKYPARK and soft play to exclusive live shows and character photoshoots, there’s so much to do.
The evening will begin at 5pm with an introduction and interviews. After that you can enjoy the pool and slides as well as free pizza! We’re also give you a free Go-Kart token to use on resort!
Roles We’re Diving Into:
We have Seasonal, Permanent, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions available for:
- Lifeguards: We’ll do a quick swim test on the day and we also offer training when you join us! £12.71 per hour
- Pool Attendants: The face of our Splash Waterworld! £12.71 per hour
- Team Member Plus (18+): You’ll help with accommodation cleaning on Mondays and Fridays, then spend 3 days a week in Sports or Lifeguarding. £13.71 per hour
