På Gladsaxevej i Søborg får du din hverdag i en velbesøgt butik, der oser af PPG-DNA: et bredt varesortiment, kvalitetsbrands og en indbydende atmosfære. Vores besøgende er primært malermestre, der søger kompetent sparring om deres køb af maling.
I butikken er vi stolte af at sælge Danmarks bedste kvalitetsbrands som Dyrup, Gori, Sigma og Beckers. Og du vil hurtigt opleve, at butikken summer af hjælpsomhed og godt samarbejde.
Du bliver en del af et velfungerende team
Som butiksassistent bliver du en del af et fantastisk salgsteam. Din fornemmeste opgaver bliver i samarbejde med teamet at servicere PPGs store kundekreds.
Og vi ved godt, at de alle siger det samme, men her får du faktisk en bred palette af opgaver, når du:
- står for salg, rådgivning og betjening af kunderne
- tager imod telefoniske ordrer og udkørsel af varer
- står for varebestilling og vareopfyldning samt sikrer, at butikken altid står flot og indbydende
- står for toning af maling/træbeskyttelse
- samarbejder med vores salgskonsulenter, der arbejder ude i felten
Empatisk kollega med erfaring i B2B
Der er mange indgange til stillingen som butiksassistent. Vi forestiller os, at du måske har en uddannelse som maler eller har opnået erfaring med salg fra en byggemarkedskæde. Men det vigtigste er, at du har erfaring med B2B-salg.
For at have succes i rollen skal du også være passioneret omkring kundebetjening og have evnerne til at skabe og vedligeholde stærke kunderelationer.
Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:
- har en naturlig evne til at lytte og forstå kundernes udfordringer, og du kan hjælpe dem med at vælge de rette produkter
- kan bevare overblikket og roen – selv når der er travlt
- har stabler/truck kort. Ikke et krav men kun et plus
- er en god og empatisk kollega
