OverviewThe Customer Support area is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues.ResponsibilitiesThe Business Vetting Customer Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business information processed through our internal web-based applications. In this entry-level role, you will work in a supportive, collaborative environment where attention to detail, curiosity, and clear communication are valued. You will review and verify business data, resolve discrepancies using internal and third-party resources, and provide professional, timely support to customers seeking clarification on verification results.
