Coveo’s Strategy & Business Value Team is seeking a Senior Advisor to drive customer engagements and support sales and growth initiatives across North America. You’ll collaborate with sales, account management, and technical success teams, leading business value improvement projects with a focus on Commerce customers and opportunities.
Your mission? Analyze customer business performance, craft tailored solutions aligned with their digital objectives, and provide high-level strategic guidance. You’ll take the lead on customer engagements, conduct value assessments and build business cases that demonstrate the impact of Coveo’s solutions, all while helping scale our growth trajectory.
What your responsibilities will look like:- Partner with Coveo’s customers, some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies in the world, and collaborate across teams like Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to showcase the business value Coveo delivers.
- Lead customer-facing business value assessment engagements to identify key metrics and drivers for Commerce and develop business cases and financial models to justify sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate value delivered to the installed base and collaborate with customers and internal teams to continuously align business cases with value delivered.
- Create thought leadership content and provide training to embed value-driven thinking throughout the organization.
- Build tools and documentation to simplify the business case development and advise on best practices as a subject matter expert in your main line of business (Commerce).
- Stay ahead of the curve on commerce innovation, particularly how generative AI is reshaping customer expectations, merchandising strategies, and personalized experiences.
- At least 4 years of experience in strategic and analytical customer-facing roles, across various industries undergoing digital transformation, customer experience, and innovation initiatives.
- Experience in SaaS, ideally within business models focused on commerce.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for business modeling, financial analysis, and value tracking dashboards.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead customer-facing projects, with strong business acumen in digital strategy, business modelling, executive communication, and customer workshop facilitation.
- Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
- Understanding of GTM tracking technologies (e.g., Google Tag Manager, event tracking, custom dimensions) and performance analytics.
- Understanding of enterprise search’s role in digital experience optimization and familiarity with AI-powered search technologies.
- Curiosity about the future of commerce, particularly how GenAI is transforming how brands engage with customers.
