As a Business User Acceptance Testing Lead in Consumer and community Banking, you will execute tests within an Agile framework and ensure an exceptional end-to-end user experience. You should be a self-motivated team member capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, creation and execution of tests for product releases of internal Chase applications
  • Partner with testing leads to manage issues, risks, and status reporting
  • Build relationships with product analysts and technical teams to understand release scope
  • Procure and conditioning test data
  • Report defects and retesting fixes
  • Assist with production validation following release deployments


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role
  • Hands-on knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies/best practices and Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and DB2
  • Develop/Enhance/Maintain the Automation framework using Selenium, Cucumber & Java based on Business requirements for the project.
  • Designing test cases for testing the in house Mainframe applications
  • Test Backend functionality to include meticulous calculations & validations in Databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and DB2
  • Design, Develop & Execute Manual/Automation APIs (Application Programming Interface) using Rest Assured, Soap UI, Postman
  • Maintaining, Executing & Reporting the Automation job runs via CI/CD tools like Jenkins and use Git Hub for version Control.
  • Development & Test Execution for Mobile Applications (Android/IOS)
  • Create Test cases, Track defects and report updated statuses for Manual & Automation projects using test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM.
  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple test assignments & prioritize one's own work


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Additional experience a plus but not required
  • AWS cloud testing desirable
  • Experience with testing of Mainframe applications is desirable
  • Knowledge of Credit Card functionality
