Purpose: The Business Unit Manager - Immunology is responsible for directing and leading the Country Value Team (CVT), which is composed of direct reports in Sales and Marketing, as well as indirect reports from the cross-functional team (MAF, Access, etc.). This role generates and implements the strategy to maximize demand for the therapeutic areas and ensure achievement of the business plan.
Areas of Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and lead Marketing and demand-generation strategies for Immunology portfolio, ensuring achievement of the 2026 business plan.
- Oversee execution of strategies for the portfolio's indications.
- Develop and lead the team under their responsibility: Product Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives.
- Validate, together with SFE, the sales quota and incentive plan each quarter.
- Plan and manage the Marketing and Sales P&L.
Requirements:
- Sales & Marketing knowledge / Bachelors Degree completed
- Analytical capability
- Portfolio and/or franchise management
- Health economics and pharmaceutical environment
- Financial knowledge or background
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales in the pharmaceutical industry
