Engages with executive level suppliers to direct the business relationship between the assigned suppliers and the company to achieve the financial performance and return of assigned product lines.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Country AMD(Xilinx) KPI target in every year, increase market share and outperform competition in all aspects;

  • Good AMD(Xilinx) demand creation sense and effort in leading direct report DFAE team, drive DR, DW socket count and LTR$ positive trend;

  • Be market segments champion, set goals, conduct SAM and competition analysis, develop market penetration strategy, identify resource and implement programs. Understand AMD(Xilinx) and competitive offerings. PLD market dynamic;

  • Quick Learning on working knowledge of AMD(Xilinx) design flow, FPGA and SoC features, AMD(Xilinx) domain platforms (I/O, embedded, DSP, AI), AMD(Xilinx) IPs, target vertical markets system level block diagram and 3rd party IP. That able to present to customer on unique value proposal. Good pre-sales presentation skills;

  • Good collaborative and effective communication skills with customer management, various AMD(Xilinx) teams & Disti AMD(Xilinx) team in supporting sales deal closure;

  • Ensure good team quality and completeness of Compass DR/DW of customer project information and competition data.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Level Specifications:

  • Manages experienced, professional employees and/or supervisors; and/or manages large, complex technical and/or business support teams. Accountable for the performance and results of a team and/or department.

  • Interprets and administers policies, processes and procedures that affect direct reports and the workflow of the team/department. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Contributes to budget development and performance standards of department and direct reports.

  • Assignments are defined in the form of objectives. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, business plans and independent judgment.

  • Collaborates with team(s), customers/ clients, functional peer group managers and occasionally senior management. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives.

  • Decisions may have impact on work processes and outcomes. Erroneous decisions or recommendations may result in serious delays and considerable expenditures of additional time, people and/or financial resources.

Work Experience:

  • Typically 8 years in the semiconductor or equivalent high-technology industry; at least 5 years’ experience in Sales, or in another function with significant customer-facing responsibilities.

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

  • MBA
