Job Description
Role Purpose
As the Business (BU) Lead, you are the technical expert for Rockwell Automation products within your areas of responsibility - Control & Visualization and Software. You understand how to articulate the capabilities and benefits of the portfolio when supporting product-centric opportunities. You will maximize Rockwell Automation sales within your assigned geography and business, and provide commercial support for a specific range of products.
You will support commercial marketing activities, collaborate with Product Business Units, advise on proposal and pricing strategies, and serve as the bridge between customers and the Global Product Businesses.

Position Summary
You provide clear, timely information to support business decisions.
Ensure sales teams maintain the required product and solution competencies.
Promote assigned products and support sales efforts.
Plan and execute commercial programs for your product areas.
Clearly communicate product value and differentiators versus competitors.
Analyze competitive offerings and identify opportunities to strengthen positioning.
Participate in trade shows, seminars, and marketing events.
Lead new product launches for sales teams and channel partners.
Develop your technical skills through on-going training.
Enable System Integrators and Distributors to articulate value and identify opportunities.
Provide feedback on product gaps and development needs.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to share insights.
Understand business models and go-to-market strategies and apply them appropriately.
Understand customer business drivers and KPIs.
Keep CRM and sales activity data accurate and up to date.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
4-7 years of experience in the automation industry, in control and visualization and software.
Strong solution, application, and sales experience.
Fluency in Korean with professional proficiency in English.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities with the ability to drive outcomes.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to enhancing customer experience and delivering business value.
Ability to set ambitious goals and achieve them.
