Job Title: Business Unit Head – Nickel Alloy Division
Location: Udaipur
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Education: Degree in Metallurgy or related engineering discipline
Industry Focus: Nickel Alloys / Specialty Metals
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic vision, growth, and profitability of the Nickel Alloy business unit.
- Responsible for the P&L
- To scale the current unit from 150TPA to 500TPA.
- Build capabilities in R&D, production, quality, and application engineering for high-performance nickel alloys.
- Identify and develop global and domestic market opportunities, especially in high-end sectors thermocouples, cables, heating elements, welding electrodes and other applications
- Lead product and process innovation to establish technical differentiation.
- Develop strong customer relationships and distribution channels.
- Set up best-in-class manufacturing systems, standards, and certifications
- Drive team building, talent acquisition, and organizational development within the division.
- Benchmark against global leaders and implement strategies to achieve scale and quality.
- Work closely with senior management to align business goals with group vision.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the metals industry, preferably with hands-on exposure to nickel alloys.
- Metallurgy background is essential; deep knowledge of high-performance alloys and their applications is highly valued.
- Proven track record in R&D, business development, and P&L responsibility.
- Experience in scaling a mid-sized business or launching new product lines.
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building globally competitive capabilities
