What You’ll Do: 

  • Serve as a key point of contact for business unit personnel, addressing inquiries and operational needs.
  • Perform financial analysis and budget tracking for the business unit.
  • Develop and maintain reports and spreadsheets utilizing various software applications.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and corporate offices, external agencies, and employees.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling travel, and managing document preparation and filing.
  • Independently create professional presentations and reports, including PowerPoint presentations.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings for business units. This includes, but is not limited to: scheduling, budgeting, managing accommodations and travel, negotiating vendor contracts, ensuring meeting room set up is appropriate, and presentation materials are available. 
  • Lead special projects that involve data collection, analysis, training, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain a master calendar of critical dates for the senior leadership team and ensure timely follow-ups. Seamlessly manage scheduling conflicts and negotiate compromises. 
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes to ensure alignment and accountability and take ownership of ensuring action items are completed. 
  • Perform other duties and essential functions as needed. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years advanced operational administrative experience required. 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks required. 
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and business administration required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels required. 
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business software required. 
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality required.

Travel frequency: 0-10%

Estimated Salary: $66,000 - $82,000


The actual title & salary will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.

Skills Required

  • High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years advanced operational administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in capital accounting, FP&A, or asset-focused finance roles
  • Proven experience leading managers and/or complex teams
  • Advanced Excel and reporting/analytics capabilities
  • Strong command of financial and analytical frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate effectively across functions and leadership levels
  • Design, scale, and improve operating models
  • Strong executive-level communication and decision-support skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and business administration
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business software
