This role is focused on supporting the immigration requirements of our clients’ employees while ensuring compliance with applicable immigration laws and regulations and delivering high-quality client service. The Caseworker plays an important role within global accounts or specific geographic regions, collaborating closely with corporate clients, individual employees, legal teams, government authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient and well-coordinated immigration processes.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, understand their immigration needs, and support the development and delivery of appropriate immigration solutions.
• Manage end-to-end immigration cases, including visa and work permit applications, and prepare, review, and submit immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation to relevant government authorities.
• Interpret and apply immigration rules and requirements, advising clients on immigration processes, timelines, potential risks, and changes to applicable regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, provide regular case updates, address client inquiries and concerns, and communicate effectively with clients, employees, government officials, and internal teams.
• Liaise with network offices, third-party providers, consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities to obtain current immigration information, monitor case progress, and resolve issues that arise throughout the immigration process.
• Support effective case and engagement management by accurately recording time, assisting with billing activities, maintaining commercial awareness, identifying potential scope changes, and using relevant tools and technology to improve service delivery.
• Support and train new or junior team members on case management, immigration processes, forms, and applications, while staying current on relevant immigration laws, regulations, policies, business trends, and applicable technology platforms.

• Experience supporting immigration cases and processes, preferably within corporate or business immigration.
• Knowledge of immigration processes, documentation, and applicable immigration rules and regulations.
• Experience preparing and reviewing immigration applications, forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships and communicate with corporate clients, employees, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities, meet deadlines, and respond effectively to unexpected issues in a client-focused environment.
• Exposure to AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, support data-driven insights, and drive innovative solutions in a global service environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

• This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City.
• Anticipated salary: MXN $22,000 monthly + 15% English bonus.
