Team Overview
The Business Product & Transformation team's focus is on supporting the COS (Client Service and Onboarding) organization on how we drive change within the business. We build value in the organization by supporting multiple tactical and strategic initiatives across the Commercial Banking landscape around Digital Adoption, Unified Desktop, Intelligent Automation Solutions and Product Support and portfolio management through process improvement.
Role Summary
As the Business Product & Transformation Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Portfolio Management efforts within Client Service and Onboarding (COS). Your responsibilities will include overseeing the inventory of initiatives to ensure strategic alignment, conducting quality reviews of project progress, and preparing comprehensive reports. Your oversight will be essential in maintaining the alignment of all initiatives with our business objectives and ensuring their successful execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Product and Transformation Execution Leads and Project Managers to strategically oversee and update the portfolio, ensuring that the team's book of work is consistently aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Lead the strategic oversight of portfolio data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documentation and reporting processes to uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity across portfolio initiatives.
- Oversee new demands, plan capacity for future needs, and assess the current workforce load to ensure optimal resource allocation for ongoing initiatives.
- Monitor and track potential issues and discrepancies early in the project lifecycle, enabling timely and effective problem-solving to maintain the integrity and success of portfolio initiatives.
- Conduct portfolio reporting sessions for key stakeholders, providing Senior Leads with a comprehensive overview of their portfolio to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Drive both independent and collaborative efforts within the portfolio management team to enhance overall productivity and operational efficiency.
- Leverage advanced relationship management skills to foster strong partnerships with global and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for portfolio initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong collaboration skills with experience in strategic portfolio alignment and updates.
- Expertise in ensuring accuracy and consistency in portfolio data management and documentation.
- Proficiency in capacity planning and workload assessment for optimal team efficiency.
- Ability to monitor project lifecycles and implement timely problem-solving strategies.
