The Role

As Business Transformation Partner, you will accelerate NXP's AI transformation by partnering with business leaders to identify, shape, and deliver high-impact AI initiatives that create measurable business value. Acting as a trusted advisor across business, technology, data, and governance teams, you will translate strategic ambitions into scalable AI-first solutions, guiding initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, and value realization. Combining strategic thinking, business and technology expertise, stakeholder leadership, and pragmatic execution, you will bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex transformation initiatives, embedding AI-driven innovation into the way NXP operates while ensuring scalable adoption, strong governance, and lasting business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and emerging opportunities where AI, data, automation, and new ways of working can create business value
• Shape and mature transformation opportunities by translating ideas into business cases, roadmaps, and actionable initiatives that align with NXP strategic objectives
• Drive enterprise transformation by advising changes and improve operating models, governance structures, decision-making processes, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization
• Guide initiatives through the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, organizational readiness, and responsible and sustainable adoption.
• Drive transparent prioritization and portfolio steering, balancing business value, strategic relevance, risk, delivery capacity, and investment considerations. Prepare executive-level reporting, recommendations, and portfolio insights
• Bring together stakeholders across business, technology, data, legal, security, compliance, governance and risk functions to build alignment and convergence, accelerate decision-making, and remove execution barries
• Embed responsible AI, governance, risk management, and compliance principles into transformation initiatives to ensure scalable and trusted adoption
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, stakeholder expectations, and delivery progress to achieve intended outcomes
• Help strengthen NXP's transformation capabilities, frameworks, and ways of working to improve the organization's ability to execute change at scale

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Data & AI, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of global experience in business transformation, strategic programs, consulting, portfolio management, digital transformation, or related disciplines, preferrably in high tech industries
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business domains and organizational levels
• Strong understanding of AI, Agentic/GenAI, analytics, automation, and the practical challenges of translating innovation into business adoption
• Experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments where success depends on collaboration, alignment, and influencing without direct authority, organization savviness
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, prioritization, and value realization within transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
• Hands-on, structured, and outcome-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
