Job summary
The Business Transformation Manager plays a critical role within BoothBrain's Transformation & Governance function, driving enterprise-wide operational excellence, strategic execution, and continuous improvement. This role leads business transformation initiatives by optimizing processes, strengthening governance, enabling technology and AI adoption, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic programs that enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with strong analytical and project management capabilities, a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable business outcomes.
Process analysis and optimization
Lead strategic assessments and end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation across Booth's internal processes and Managed Services (MS) client processes, as required.
Analyzes legacy workflows, technologies, and operational models to design future-state improvement and efficiency.
Design, standardize, and implement scalable business processes by applying design thinking, process improvement methodologies, and governance frameworks across all functional areas.
Drive the successful adoption of new and redesigned processes through comprehensive documentation, systems enablement, technology integration, change management, and stakeholder training.
Establish and monitor process performance through KPIs, governance controls, and process health metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify, evaluate internal applications and prioritize opportunities to automate and transform business processes through AI, workflow automation, and digital solutions, improving productivity and streamline processes.
Liaise with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology and AI requirements, ensuring seamless integration, strong governance, and alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives.
Lead cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through execution, overseeing project governance, change management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery to ensure successful business outcomes.
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and controls that promote process consistency, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and effective risk management across the organization.
Build strong partnerships across business, technology, data, risk, legal, and compliance teams to align priorities, enable informed decision-making, and deliver sustainable enterprise-wide improvements.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption by championing change readiness, user enablement, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the organization.
Manage a process analyst and business application developer , setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Conduct performance reviews, promote talent-development plans, and build succession readiness within the team.

Fixing how we work: You'll be the go-to person for spotting where we're slow or messy and figuring out how to make things run smoother through better processes and automation in partnership with your Senior Manager.

The essentials: We're looking for someone with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt who knows how to use data to solve problems and has a track record of leading teams through big changes.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience (BPO is a plus) leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, process improvement, including AI, digital transformation, and technology implementation projects.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus, not required but at least trained with practical experience leveraging Lean Six Sigma, other methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile, and project management frameworks to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Proven ability to challenge the status quo to optimize processes, solve business problems, and drive innovation.
