Job Summary:
As a Business Transformation Manager within the Business Product & Transformation team, you will lead and promote our Portfolio Management initiatives within Client Service and Onboarding (COS). Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the strategic alignment of our initiative inventory, conducting high-level quality reviews of project progress, and managing the team to deliver both recurring and on-demand comprehensive reports. Your strategic oversight will be vital in ensuring that all initiatives align with our business objectives and are executed successfully.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team to drive portfolio initiatives, ensuring effective execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Partner with Business Product and Transformation Execution Leads and Project Managers to provide strategic oversight and direction for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Spearhead the strategic management of portfolio data, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and consistency in documentation and reporting to maintain quality and integrity across all initiatives.
- Lead the assessment of new demands and current pipeline, capacity planning for future needs, and evaluation of current workforce load to optimize resource allocation for ongoing initiatives.
- Facilitate portfolio reporting sessions for key stakeholders, delivering comprehensive insights to Senior Leads to support informed decision-making.
- Champion both independent and collaborative efforts within the portfolio management team to drive productivity and operational efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with global and local stakeholders through advanced relationship management skills, ensuring alignment and support for portfolio initiatives.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Demonstrated strong leadership and managing high-performing teams, with the ability to inspire and drive strategic portfolio initiatives.
- Proven ability to align portfolio initiatives with organizational goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills to proactively identify and resolve project issues, ensuring successful outcomes.

- Minimum of 3 years of equivalent work experience
