Job Summary:
As a Business Transformation Associate within Commercial and Investment Banking, your day to day role will be focusing on supporting our Automation Platform for the Middle Office by bridging the gap between Technology solutions and Operations needs. You will perform initial solution feasibility, provide solution recommendations, creation of test cases, troubleshooting and understands the business requirement and translate into technical specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, surveys to analyze business requirements and business process documents/workflow for feasibility and technology solution proposal.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, management, and IT teams to understand their needs, expectations and Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and project visibility
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, test cases and user stories.
- Develop test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, track project progress and report on status, risks, and issue and performs project managers for small scale projects
- Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users and Assist in the transition of new processes and systems into the business environment.
- Support training to for new joiner, aspiring operations/citizen developer and Perform minor coding at extent
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Excellent communication skills including confidence and managing cross country meetings at different levels of stakeholder
- Excellent in writing skills including creating of updates, business requirements, business cases and day to day technical email conversations
- Minimum of 2 years collective experience in back office or shared service operations and involved in automations projects and process improvement
- Knowledge or Exposure in BRD Creations, Business case creation and conducting Testing
- Familiarity in any Project Management Methodology
- Understanding of any Automation or RPA Tools
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in transactional process like settlements, account opening, payments and account offboarding
- Educational background related to Finance, IT or Engineering
- Understanding of firmwide digital tools such as UiPath, SharePoint, Tableau, Alteryx, Phyton and AI
