What will I be doing?
- Leading and managing business transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Designing and implementing efficient business processes and workflows.
- Designing technology-based solutions (e.g. automation), writing clear specifications and collaborating with the Product team.
- Conducting cross-functional working sessions to generate insights, create alignment, and drive the next steps.
- Configuring and managing tools such as Jira to support project management and process improvement.
- Analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitoring project progress, evaluating project performance, reporting project outcomes and escalating risks and issues as necessary.
- Providing training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
- Preparing and presenting reports and presentations to senior leadership.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in operations, business transformation/optimization, or a related role.
- Ability to think strategically and design effective solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- A solid understanding of coding, such as SQL, VBA, or similar languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong attention to deadlines and details.Experience conducting workshops.
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
- Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization.
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
