Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Transformation analyst to support transformation initiatives across healthcare operations. The role will focus on analysing workflows, enabling automation, and providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
This position is initially for a fixed term of 12 months with the view to extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Design – Map current workflows (claims, billing, triage), identify inefficiencies, and support future-state process design using tools such as Visio, Miro, or Loop.
- Data & Insights – Collect, interpret, and report on operational data (volumes, rejection rates, turnaround times) through dashboards and performance summaries.
- Business Case Development – Build cost-benefit models and ROI projections to support automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Conduct interviews and workshops with operational leaders and SMEs, translating feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Change Tracking & Support – Maintain project trackers, databases, and dashboards to monitor rollouts, adoption, and post-implementation results.
Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years in business analysis, operations, consulting, or healthcare transformation.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Loop).
- Skilled at working with complex data and extracting insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to AI, RPA, or healthcare automation tools, with knowledge of claims lifecycle or clinical admin workflows desirable.

Additional Info:
- This is a full-time position to be based in either Dublin or Athlone on a hybrid basis
- All offers of employment are subject to a valid work permit
- Role commences immediately
