- As a Collections Specialist, you will proactively contact customers to remind them of outstanding invoices and support the timely collection of payments while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Minimum secondary-level professional qualification in a relevant field;
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience;
- Confident, active German and English language skills (at least intermediate level);
- Analytical mindset;
- At least user-level Excel knowledge;
- Ability to handle stress during closing periods;
