Senior Business Systems Analyst / Techno-Functional Lead

What you'll do:

• Lead business discovery, requirements definition, and functional solution design for complex Salesforce transformation programs.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and future-state processes.
• Drive business process optimization and translate business objectives into capabilities, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
• Own the requirements lifecycle from discovery through deployment, ensuring traceability and successful delivery.
• Design solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Partner with architects, engineers, QA, and product teams to define scalable and effective solutions.
• Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, business demos, and stakeholder alignment activities.
• Support SIT/UAT planning, functional validation, defect management, and business acceptance.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and trade-offs while driving cross-functional decision-making.
• Support roadmap planning, release readiness, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor Business Analysts and provide oversight on functional deliverables.
• Apply healthcare and life sciences expertise, including Patient Services and patient engagement processes, where relevant.

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years of Business Analyst or Techno-Functional experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
• Strong background in pharma patient services, specialty therapies, HUB operations, case management, or oncology support.
• Proven experience leading discovery and blueprinting workshops and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent user-story writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Significant supervisory, coaching, and hands on project management skills
• Extensive experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and GCP
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development
• Familiarity with industry- standard products and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, Cloud.
• Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies
• Capable of managing a virtual global team for the timely delivery of multiple projects
• Fluency in English
