· We are
looking for an experienced Business Technical Analyst to evaluate and understand current business processes and systems,
identify improvement opportunities,
and document both current and future
state workflows while serving as a
key liaison between business and IT
teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role will also be responsible for coordinating activities across stakeholders, tracking progress of tasks, and ensuring follow-through on deliverables and decisions. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate findings
through written documentation and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and leadership, while keeping workstreams organized, aligned, and moving forward.
· 5+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst or similar
role focused on systems, processes, and requirements analysis
· Strong experience identifying system and business process issues, performing root cause analysis, and documenting findings
· Experience supporting system testing activities including UAT, integration testing, and functional
testing
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical and business information through documentation, discussions, and executive-level summaries
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
· 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional, Data, or Business Analyst with direct responsibility for system validation, requirements documentation, and
process analysis
· Proven experience performing system validation
and supporting testing to ensure solutions meet documented requirements
· Strong experience documenting business
requirements, process flows, and system documentation with a high level of accuracy and clarity
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook
· 10+ years of customer-facing experience including project coordination, stakeholder engagement,
and presentations
· 10+ years of experience working in the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and deployment support
