In this high-impact position, you will serve as both a technical authority and strategic partner, shaping system efficiency, managing critical vendor relationships, and leading a high-performing team to directly influence the financial growth of Trimble Field Systems.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Manage, optimize, and integrate enterprise business systems to maximize operational performance and elevate scalability.
Direct key vendor partnerships, orchestrating service level agreements and conducting routine evaluations to uphold top-tier service standards.
Champion and mentor a dedicated team of business systems professionals, establishing a highly collaborative environment focused on professional growth.
Spearhead critical system upgrades, complex software integrations, and deployment initiatives while carefully directing timelines and resources.
Drive continuous process improvement strategies across cross-functional teams to automate workflows and resolve technical challenges.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated success in business systems management, project execution, and organizational change management.
Proven experience directing vendor relations, managing service level agreements, and evaluating external service delivery.
Skilled team leader with a track record of mentoring staff, setting stretch goals, and cultivating team achievement.
Outstanding analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication capabilities.
Bonus Points For:
Experience operating within fast-paced, deadline-driven global technology environments.
Deep familiarity with Field Systems or go-to-market operational workflows.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
