We're looking for a Business Systems Engineer to join our Transformation & Business Systems team and own the technical backbone of our business systems stack - serving every department in the company. Salesforce is the center of gravity - you can architect on it, develop on it, and administer it - but the role is bigger than one platform: you'll design and ship integrations across the entire ecosystem (Gong, marketing automation, billing/ERP, HR and finance systems, data warehouse, internal tools), master new systems fast, and bring a strong AI muscle to how the stack evolves. Deep in Salesforce, strong across everything, AI-forward by default.

• Architect, develop, and administer our Salesforce org - data model, automation (Flows), custom development (Apex, LWC), security, and release management
• Design and build integrations across the business systems stack - Salesforce, Gong, marketing automation, billing/ERP, HR and finance systems, data warehouse, and internal tools - via REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and iPaaS platforms
• Own end-to-end delivery of business systems projects: requirements, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption
• Keep the stack healthy at hypergrowth - data quality, technical debt management, performance, and governor-limit-aware design - while establishing and documenting integration patterns, coding standards, and admin best practices
• Translate business requirements from every department - Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, HR, and IT - into scalable platform solutions
• Embed AI throughout the business systems stack - AI-assisted data enrichment, call-intelligence workflows on top of Gong, LLM-powered record summarization and hygiene, and AI agents that act on business data - partnering with the AI Automation team to connect it all into company-wide automated workflows and agents
• Evaluate, adopt, and master new systems as the business grows - you're the person who becomes the expert on any tool we bring in

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with business systems, with deep Salesforce expertise spanning administration, development, and solution design - you architect on the platform and design the solution, not just build the ticket
• Strong Salesforce development skills: Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, SOQL - plus deep admin fundamentals (security model, data model, release management); Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect) are a plus
• Proven track record building integrations between systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, or iPaaS (e.g. Workato, Tray.io, MuleSoft) - integration is a core strength, not a side skill
• Hands-on experience with additional business systems beyond Salesforce - e.g. Gong, HubSpot, NetSuite, Marketo - and a demonstrated ability to master a new platform in weeks, not quarters
• Strong AI capability: you actively use LLMs and AI tools in systems work (development, data quality, enrichment, automation) and have shipped AI-powered improvements - not just experimented
• Data-driven and systems-thinker - you see how a field change ripples through reports, integrations, and downstream teams
• Excellent communicator - able to translate platform complexity into clear narratives for business leaders and cross-functional partners
