Business Systems DevOps and AI Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities 

• Business Systems Administration & Optimization: Maintain, configure, and enhance the platform, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. 

• System Integrations: Develop, manage, and optimize integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. 

• DevOps for Business Systems: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for related applications, optimize deployment strategies, and enhance system reliability. 

• AI Strategy & Development: Assist in identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency. 

• Process Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. 

• Security & Compliance: Ensure security best practices, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. 

• Technical Support & Documentation: Provide technical assistance to internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and maintain comprehensive system documentation. 

• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Digital Transformation, and Business Operations, to align system capabilities with company objectives. 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  Experience: 

• Proven experience administering and integrating Odoo ERP (or similar ERP systems). 

• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (IaC). 

• Experience with API development and integration (REST, GraphQL, XML-RPC). 

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their business applications is a plus. 

• Technical Skills: 

• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar). 

• Proficiency in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL). 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based deployment strategies. 

• Understanding of security best practices, data governance, and compliance. 
  Soft Skills: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
