Job Description

As our Business Systems & Data Enablement Specialist, you take ownership of CRM enablement and process improvements to support data quality across Sales and Service. You turn reliable data into KPI dashboards that support operational performance and FP&A reporting. You connect business processes, data flows and system functionality across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Stewardship & Process Governance

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of operational data across systems CRM (Dynamics 365) and ERP (IFS Cloud).
  • Apply data governance standards and validation checks to maintain high-quality datasets.
  • Work with IT and business teams to resolve data issues and strengthen data integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvements in data workflows and standards across Sales & Service.
  • Deliver training and guidance on processes and tools.

Performance Analytics

  • Collect, analyse and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track sales and service performance.
  • Provide reliable data inputs and indicators to enhance FP&A reporting and forecasting.
  • Translate data-driven findings into actionable insights and present process improvements to stakeholders.

Qualifications

About You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data management, Economics or similar.
  • Proficiency with CRM (preferably Dynamics 365), ERP and data visualisation tools (Power BI).
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving with structured thinking.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into data.
  • Experience working with large datasets to identify patterns, inconsistencies or gaps.
  • Knowledge of master data structures and data flow diagrams.
  • Curious, solution oriented and proactive, able to thrive in an evolving environment and taking initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate data into clear insights.
  • Fluent in English.
