Prudential Overall Supply, a leader in uniform and textile rental services since 1932, is seeking a Business Systems Coordinator to support the technology platforms that power our Direct Sales operations.

You'll become the department's go-to expert for business applications by learning our software systems, supporting users, coordinating projects, and working directly with software vendors. What You'll Do- Become the subject matter expert for department business applications and software systems.
- Provide first-level support for system questions, troubleshooting, and user requests.
- Coordinate with software vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Track support requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate software upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software and system updates.
- Document business processes, testing results, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop user guides and provide training for employees.
- Monitor new software features and recommend process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and improve the user experience.
- Other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Internship or 1–2 years of experience supporting business applications, enterprise software, or business operations preferred.
- Experience with software implementations, testing, help desk/ticketing systems, or project coordination is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and business processes while providing excellent customer support.
