Supports and optimizes commercial operations workflows to reduce manual effort, minimize error, accelerate pricing, quote, and contract approvals, and improve system performance across Salesforce, SAP, and Docusign. What You Will Do:

  • Build requirements and logic for pricing, approval routing, and system validations for pricing and contract operational issues.

  • Advise Commercial Operations and Engineering Team on automation best practices.

  • Lead testing of system (Salesforce, SAP, Docusign) changes and enhancements for the commercial operations team

  • Leads A/B testing.

  • Articulate future enhancement needs

  • Partner with Salesforce and Docusign product owners to create roadmap of future enhancements and automation. 

  • Maintain operational documentation, support compliance, and ensure data hygiene.

  • Serve as an informal mentor, providing training and guidance to junior team members.

You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field.

  • 7+ Years of hands-on experience with pricing, contracting, and quoting in a business CRM system such as Salesforce or other comparable systems.

  • Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic actions.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in B2B sales and operations.

  • Familiarity with project documentation tools like Confluence and Jira.

  • Work in a pricing, controls, or finance/sales environment
