Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables
Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status
Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Basic English
Bachelor's degree ( IT, or related field)
Experience with computerized databases, and process guidelines
Experience SQL Server / Flex Flow/ Oracle
SharePoint content design and management
Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skills
Office skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database systems
Communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindset
