The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support our Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives, with a strong focus on Oracle Identity Governance (OIG). This role will partner with senior stakeholders across security, risk, and technology to drive requirements, improve processes, and support delivery of critical identity solutions. You will operate within a mature, highly experienced team, requiring strong communication, structured thinking, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and facilitation sessions with business, security, and technical stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and technical documentation
- Support IAM initiatives related to user provisioning, access certification, role management, and governance
- Partner with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of IAM programs
- Create and maintain process flows, system diagrams, and data mappings (highly valued skill)
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Clarizen to manage work items, workflows, and project tracking
- Act as a liaison between senior stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements through accurate documentation and traceability
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services or a regulated environment
- Strong experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) or similar IAM platforms
- Proven expertise in requirements facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience using JIRA, ServiceNow, and/or Clarizen
- Strong project support / project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior-level stakeholders
- Ability to create system diagrams, process flows, and architecture visuals (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Experience with access governance, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Understanding of regulatory and audit frameworks impacting IAM (e.g., SOX, FFIEC)
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
