What You Can Expect

• You will be the primary point of contact for all Kinaxis Rapid Response Authorship, Automation chains and Performance improvements.

• To provide guidance and strategy on solution design and overall system/data architecture.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand solution pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues, and propose long term solutions.

• To bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions

• Define, design, and optimize supply chain processes across the organization

• Developing and enhancing of Rapid Response resources for Supply Chain Planning

• Configuration, Data mapping and Integration into Rapid Response

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years of functional/professional experience in business analysis, project management, testing and/or application support

• 5+ years of Experience in implementing and managing Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & agile practices

• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional and system requirements

• Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases

• Experience modeling material and capacity constraints in advanced planning solutions. Exposure to semiconductor industry a plus
